Car weight is sum of all the nodes, because each node has a weight, beams or models don't have a weight and you don't set car's weight anywhere, you only set weight of node and sum of all nodes is what car weights. You need to make that structure underneath to get working car to BeamNG, unlike in other games where you just make the model and textures, there is this additional step in BeamNG.īeams are there to hold nodes on place, nothing else is holding a node, only the beams, so beams have to be placed geometrically correct way so that node stays in position. I am sending here original files with 213408km (tacho universal shows 213393) maybe someone has some solution.I write something that might help, or maybe you know already, but someone might find this useful.Ĭars in BeamNG are dots (nodes), connected with lines (beams) like this:ģd shape, that model of the car is then just a clothe on top of all that to make it look like a something we recognize as a car. Is there any suggestion what to do, any simylar problem? I checked files with NYO, Licznik and Tacho soft and they are showing right km in old and in new files and I think that everything is on the right place. Dash km was changed with Diga universal, BSI with UPA. I have to say that I tried old - unchanged files in dash and BSI, but there is no change - no start, no remote.Īlso new km on dash is ok and dump in BSi shows that has read new km from dash. Fuses are ok, all connections are checked, ECU has power. I am not sure if problem is connected with bad files or something else. Please, can anyone tell me something about problem with my friends car Xsara picasso 1.6hdi, year 2004.Īfter changing km on dash (VDO - 93C66) and BSI to 0km (SIEMENS BSI E01-00 - 95160) car can't be started, remote doesn't work and some lights.ĭiagnostic shows that BSI can't communicate with ECU and ECU is not awailable for diagnostic.
